M1C WW2 HQ Company 505 PIR Helmet: The swivel bales - in my opinion these have been converted from M2 or M1 fixed bales as they are at a slightly irregular angle and the welding is not as neat as factory produced ones and, you can see a fixed bale weld spot! In my estimate this is a 100% genuine converted fixed bale helmet probably converted sometime after July 1944! Sold. | ||||||||||||||||||
