M37 Model
Reproduction German Helmet Normandy: This reproduction
German helmet is an early model M37 paratrooper helmet with
M38 liner and chinstrap's. It has early pattern helmet bolts
and M38 pattern chinstrap's. It has the Heer (Army) decals
from use with with the original Army company and then battalion
of Paratroopers.
This helmet has been aged in order to look
60+ years old but with very little field wear. Notice the
early pattern yellow rubber padding!
The helmet has a Luftwaffe acceptance stamp
in the dome, the shell size stamped in the inner rim (ET71)
and the batch number (5695), at the rear rim. The acceptance
stamp can bee see by lifting the middle liner. Notice the
aged straps and light rusting to the rim, buckle and fastening
studs! The name 'Muller' has been painted in the rear rim.
This is your typical M37 German Paratrooper
Helmet in colour and with 60+ years ageing. Just a quick point
- the helmet looks even better in real light as the flash
has a tendency to 'white out' the aged look!
This item comes in a suitable aged box and a
'send home' label! A great present for the military collector!
A beautiful Heer Para helmet.
