1994 Issue RAF Aircrew Life Preserver Vest: This is a Jan 1994 Dated Royal Air Force (RAF), Lifepreserver waistcoat vest. This would have contained the boyancy vest and survival equipment if a pilot had to ditch or eject. The front straps have been cut (standard demob practice), but the rear strap remains. This life vest is marked to Flight Lieutenant Eckersley.
