German Heer (Army) Belt & British Regiment Badges: This a German Army WW2 belt and buckle with a unique history. It originated from a german collector, post war, several years ago. It was apparently worn by a Hitler Youth member who collected badges and added them to the belt. Although not a HJ belt it is set on a tiny waist setting which sort of backs up the story! However, you are buying the item and not the story! It has many WW2 British & Canadian Regimental badges all of which are 100% genuine and the belt itself is manufactured marked and dated 1938. Here are some of the identifiable regiments, many of which are now disbanded and some of course are still going strong: The Parachute Regiment, Army Air Corp, RAC, Royal Tank Corp, King's Own Scottish Borderers, Hampshires, Highland Light Infantry, Glengarry Fencibles, Middlesex, Hussars etc. A very fine example of two armies coming together as one! This belt has to be seen to be believed - a stunning item!
