Witzig Original Postcard: Original Wolfgang Willrich
postcard of Hauptmann Witzig (Fallschirmjager).He was instrumental
in taking the fortified Belgian Fort Eben Emael in a surprise
glider and parachute attack and held it until the arrival
of the infantry. He was awarded the Knights cross for this
action. Excellent condition, no rips tears or blemishes. These
are replicated in quite an abundence but this one is 100%
genuine!
